POLICIES

Kindly, be Mindful of the following policies so that we can maintain a professional establishment where our clients can be confident and satisfied every step of the way.

​

1) A valid Credit Card is required for all appointments booked online. This card is not automatically saved to your file but is in place for a No-Show cancelation fee. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy (and a 72-hour cancellation policy for all full sets). When you forget to cancel your appointment in advance, we lose the opportunity to serve another guest on our waitlist. All appointments canceled within the 24-hour time frame of your scheduled appointment will be charged a 50-dollar cancelation fee. This fee unfortunately cannot be used as a credit. If the fee is left unpaid, you will be unable to book any future appointments until payment is received and all standing appointments will be canceled. Thank you for understanding in advanced.

Please note, a non-refundable deposit is required for all new clientele. A 50% deposit for all full sets is due within 72-hours of booking.  You may be asked to make a deposit if your account has a history of no-shows or last-minute cancellations. If you cancel within the policies time frame, you will forfeit your deposit, and it cannot be used as a credit. It is important that we have these fees in place as we are by appointment only.

2) As adorable as your kiddos are we do have a no-kid policy. We want you to have YOU time when you come into the studio and enjoy having your eyes closed for the duration of your service. Maintaining your lashes is a luxury and we want you to feel completely relaxed, refreshed, and restored. We have many delicate hand-crafted items sprinkled around the studio along with ceramics, vases, and lit candles. Two artists work out of the studio together, so it is important that we be mindful of others' relaxation needs. Lastly, while your eyes are closed ours are open, and when this happens we automatically become responsible for watching your kids. Thank you for understanding and accommodating prior to your appointment.

3) Friendly reminder that when you are having services done to your eyes that they are recommended to stay closed. Putting your cell phone on vibrate and away is strongly recommended. Opening your eyes in the middle of your service to view your phone is disruptive to your technician and service techniques. Opening the eyes in the middle of service can also highly irritate your eyes. For the safety of your eyes and proper application of your lashes please refrain from opening your eyes until instructed to do so.

4) A consent form is required as a new client. General information along with some health questions will be asked before the first appointment so that we can assess that you are a good candidate for the service you are requesting. This consent form also protects us from any allergic reaction or infection that may occur from improper aftercare.

​

5) Services are non-refundable in the event that you are dissatisfied with your lashes. If there is an issue with them, please contact us within 48-hours and accommodations may be made. There are circumstances where a discount towards a future appointment or a free same-day removal can be arranged if the issue is communicated within 12 hours.
